This Source is one that you are going to want to use to motivate outreach, ownership and numerical growth in your youth ministry. I'm calling it "License To Minister." It is an honor to be a minister of the gospel and the bottom line is we are all called to the ministry. This is a night of ownership; a night when we say that ministry is who you are, not what you do.

So listen in as we cast vision and start phase one of our outreach S.I.P. (System In Place) and say to our students in Oxygen, "Welcome to the Ministry."
