Please take a minute to listen to this Youth Leader's Coach, "Jeanne's Core Values In Youth Ministry." It's perhaps one of my favorite times of sharing with you in a long time.

I pray you can absorb part of my heart as I share the core values we have built our youth ministries around. These ten core values have proven to be anchors for me time after time as I have chartered the journey these past years in youth ministry. You certainly don't need to adopt my particular youth ministry core values. But hopefully, this sharing can motivate you to strategically determine a few true youth ministry core values of your own. After all, we all model a set of core values, either on purpose or by accident. It's much more fulfilling to do it "on purpose."
